CP 8877E Extra Yard gives a rollby to GO 617W at Dupont. The CP had been needing the signal at Dupont numerous times that day while working a large train apart into Lambton Yard, one the first pull they almost made it as far as Dundas Street.

A quartet of red CP geeps takes a handful of racks from Wolverton to Hagey, a usual morning operation around these parts. These guys were going track speed, so it caught us off guard that we had only just barely beat him here.

One of CN's... interesting acquisitions paired with a GTW lift some boxcars from XLT Transport at Etobicoke North. The patch work is pitifully hilarious on the lead unit, one may wonder when it will get a fresh coat of CN website red.

A rather interesting surprise for me and my friend who were out, we heard a L579 4708E getting permission through a foreman's limits near mile 7 not knowing what it was. As it was climbing the hill past the Humber, the sound became very prevalent that it was something heavy, and to our delight it was an almost mile long stack n' rack combo with only the geeps online!

One of the only runs of the PRLX ex KCS SD70MACs on CP was on 421 back in September. After this run, I simply heard nothing more of these units being used anywhere on system.

CP TH11 heads back south to Kinnear after working the CN interchange and Adams Yard. The GP38-2 trio seen here all have unique histories, the leader being ex MILW/SOO, the 7307 being ex LV/D&H, and the 3042 being original CP.
